Getting over Jack Wagner

Eliza's lifelong crush on the idealized rock icon Jack Wagner has pretty much ruined her for relationships with real, fallible men who may indeed be rock musicians but who just don't have the Jack Wagner magic. A semi-slacker copywriter, Eliza is also writing a book on dating rock stars. In the end, after an evening with a securities analyst that's part of an attempt to reform her dating preferences, Eliza--at the age of 26--resolves to change her ways and get serious about her life.
